This guide contains important information to navigate the Lands of Feÿ arts. Everything you need to know to have a joyful experience and make the most out of the Des Terres adventure - the 2024 edition of the Feÿ Arts festival.

This online guide is regularly updated until the D-Day; this document will remain available throughout the duration of the festival.

Unlike other festivals, Feÿ Arts invites you to be participant and co-creator more than a visitor, and to become actors of the festival. Come with a curious mind, ready to learn and give as much as you can receive from the collective.

The Festival

The edition of the Feÿ Arts festival is called Des Terres. An invitation to navigate through future worlds and explore the tensions between utopias and dystopias. Three imaginaries are offered to us, immersing us in various and sometimes antinomic prospective narratives. Artists, musicians, visual artists, dancers, and researchers will be present to embody these three imaginaries, from transhumanism to collapsology.

1. Cyborg Earth is a land where technology is fully integrated into humans. Here, we flirt between Solar Punk movements and transhumanism. How will artificial intelligence and blockchain become constitutive of our daily lives in the near future?
2. Fertile Earth oscillates between happy sobriety and collapsology. It celebrates slowness and life in all its forms. A bio-inspired space where mushrooms might save the world. How to embody a post-carbon world fused with a nature we care for?
3. Fluid Earth aspires to an inclusive world that questions our identities, where costumes drop the masks, where the invisible parts of ourselves finally come to light, where performances transcend superficiality to broaden horizons and create wonder. How to rethink our relationship with gender and, more broadly, with identity issues?

Inter-Terres is a space for dialogue and meeting between these three worlds, for exploration of the different tensions they may contain, and a space for discussion about the potential utopias and dystopias they represent.

Its Principles

The main principles are invitations to be carried with the heart, body, and mind. The place and its multiple communities have agreed on a framework of trust. This very framework allows delineating a playground conducive to the common self. Let's play together with:

• Love for spaces, oneself, and others: We occupy a soil steeped in history, which we deeply respect, like an open house, with multiple families, of which we are all co-responsible during the festival. Zero Waste. 100% love.
• Radical inclusion: Everyone is welcome at Feÿ Arts, regardless of age, political orientation, sexual or religious orientation. We welcome and celebrate difference and singularity. Celebrating nuance, exit dogma: inclusion is radical.
  • Exception: Night programming is not recommended for children.
• Common participation: The festival is an artistic manifestation created in an atmosphere of cooperation and collaboration. Participants are invited to be actors, not spectators. The experience we are going to live together will be the fruit of our individual dreams put into action for the collective.
• Immediacy: Contact with nature, with the present moment, and with the beauty that surrounds us is central to us. We celebrate the present moment and seek this immediacy.
• Radical expression: Everyone can express themselves freely, fully, without judgment, respecting the well-being of other participants. Let's gather but not resemble each other. Expressing one's singularity is inviting the other to declare theirs. And that's a gift!
